3. No Warranties

Both this website and the Zen application are provided “as is”, without any warranties of any kind — express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that Zen will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every system. You assume full responsibility for how you use the software and website.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Zen project developers and contributors shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use — or inability to use — the Zen application or website. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, traffic misrouting, filter misbehavior, or any indirect or consequential damages.

If your local laws do not allow some parts of this disclaimer, then the remaining parts still apply, and any interpretation should favor the broadest possible limitation of liability allowed in your jurisdiction.
